Our whitetail are hunted on vast ranches in North Texas, exclusive to Triangle T Outfitters. Each season, several book deer are taken. Only a limited number of hunters are guided each season to maintain our management program. We have over 30,000 acres for hunting whitetail and we strive to take bucks that are at least 3.5 years of age and are 140" or better.
We don't charge any trophy fees, only the cost of the hunt. However we started charging a management fee in 2005 for any buck that is harvested and is 2.5 years old or younger and/or scores less than 140". This has become necessary to ensure that our bucks have the full potential to mature and fully develop. We offer education on how to judge whitetail bucks on the hoof and are more then happy to teach you. Since we began this policy you can see the direct impact is has had on our whitetail bucks that are harvested. Management is our first priority, as it is a key element and our responsibility as hunters to ensure quality hunting for generations to come. We don't over hunt any area to insure that the deer are not pressured. We have over 30,000 acres of private land available for hunting whitetail and we only allow one buck harvested for every 1,000 acres hunted.
A fully guided hunt will consist of one guide per one hunter and will consist of hunting from a stand over a food plot or feeder, as well as the spot and stalk methods in accordance to the pattern and movement of the deer. A semi guided hunt will consist of the guide setting the hunter in a blind (tripod, box blind, popup, tree stand, etc.) over a food plot or feeder. You will be set in your designated area by your guide where you will sit all day (from just before sunrise till after sunset). You will be provided a sack lunch and drink. The guide will be in contact with you periodically through out the day as needed to check you. Rifle season typically runs the first Saturday in November through the first Sunday in January.
